I never thought she'd wait.As feng looked around at the ruined picnic, Win's words cut into him like a whip. He HAD promised... but he hadn't kept it. He'd only been thinking about himself. As Win turned and began to walk away from him, timed seemed to slow down. His body froze from the inside out, a sure sign that something terrible was about to happen if he didn't do something. Suddenly, he snapped back into the cold and quite soggy reality facing him. Win was several long strides ahead of him. It didn't take him long to catch up with her. He reached for her, placing his bad hand on her shoulder. "Win wait!" He grabbed her shouler. she responded by grabbing his handI never thought she'd wait.
